4Rooms Property began in 2016 with just a handful of properties and one staff member. Today, almost 10 years later, we have a growing team and manage more than 650 properties throughout metropolitan Adelaide.

Sonia Lennon, Head of Property Management
Sonia brings 16 years of property management experience across portfolio management and operational leadership roles. Professional, decisive and hands on, she leads the property management division with a strong focus on accountability, compliance and achieving excellent outcomes for landlords and tenants.
Sonia’s experience, attention to detail and commitment to high service standards have strengthened the property management team and further enhanced the quality of service provided to our clients.
Leanne Loretto, Senior Property Manager
Leanne began her career across several different fields, including law, chartered accountancy, research and consultancy. After accepting a position with a small real estate office in her local township of Mount Pleasant, she quickly realised that property management was her passion.
After living in Mount Pleasant for approximately 27 years, Leanne and her daughter decided to make a sea change and moved to Aldinga Beach. She has now lived and worked in the area for several years and brings extensive property management experience, practical knowledge and genuine care to her role.
When she is not at the beach, Leanne is always up for a freshly brewed coffee and a new Netflix series.
Marisa Davis, Senior Property Manager
Working throughout Adelaide’s eastern suburbs, Marisa is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants.
With more than a decade of industry experience, Marisa has developed an excellent understanding of property management and the local rental market. Her strong communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining properties at their best make her a trusted partner for landlords and tenants alike.
Marisa takes pride in building strong relationships and helping owners protect and maximise the performance of their investments.
Nathan De Ruiter, Senior Property Manager
Nathan manages properties throughout the Adelaide city centre and western suburbs.
With more than a decade of property management experience, Nathan brings extensive market knowledge and a practical, solutions focused approach to his role. His commitment to transparent communication, attention to detail and consistently high service standards have earned him the trust of property owners and tenants.

Kim Smith, Senior Property Manager
Kim manages properties throughout northern Adelaide, from Campbelltown and Mawson Lakes through to Munno Para. Affectionately known as our Lady of the North, Kim brings strong local knowledge and extensive experience to her portfolio.
She is committed to providing responsive and reliable service, maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants and ensuring every property under her care is managed professionally.
Ryan Gigante, Property Management Administrator
Ryan supports our property managers with general administration and compliance. His organisation and attention to detail help ensure important tasks are completed, property records remain current and the team stays on top of its responsibilities.
Luke Scicluna, Director
Luke oversees the strategic direction and continued growth of the business. He is focused on building a strong team, improving the services provided to clients and ensuring 4Rooms Property continues to deliver responsive, reliable and professional property management.
Carrie McInerney, Director
Carrie provides leadership across the business and plays an important role in its operations, culture and service standards. She is committed to supporting the team and ensuring the business continues to grow while maintaining the personal approach our clients value.
