4rooms Property began in 2016 with just a handful of properties to manage and 1 staff member, today almost 10 years later we have 6 full time staff members and we look after more than 550 properties throughout the whole Adelaide region. Why are we called 4rooms? well pretty much all you need is 4rooms and a kitchen when you are looking for a house to rent!

Leanne Loretto – Senior property Manager – Leanne began her working career in many different fields including Law, Chartered Accountancy, and Project Officer in Research & Consultancy. After being offered a position in a small Real Estate Office in her local Township of Mount Pleasant, she soon realised that real estate was her passion. After living in this small town for around 27 years, Leanne and her Daughter decided to make a sea change and moved to the seaside Town of Aldinga Beach where she has lived and worked in Property Management for the last 7 years. When she's not at the beach, Leanne is always up for a freshly brewed coffee and a new Netflix show.

Paul Haigh – Owner – General Manager - Paul comes from a travel management background working as a regional manager in South Australia and the Northern Territory for almost 20 years. Along with travelling (not right now though) Paul has a huge passion for property investment and management. Having completed subdivisions and purchasing new properties to rent he knows the ins and outs of having a property ready to rent. Paul recognises the best form of advertising is word of mouth and strives to do the best job possible for landlords and tenants alike. Paul ensures that 4rooms Property as a company always acts diligently and maintains the highest possible service standards, morals and ethics when dealing with all involved parties.
Yvette Sinclair-Haigh – Owner – Administrator who looks after the keys and handover process and day to day finances. Yvette like Paul has a passion for Property. Yvette also comes from a travel background and would prefer to call the rolling hills of Tuscany home. Yvette manages the day to day nitty gritty side of managing property including organising properties for handover to tenants, taking care of all the property bills liaising with tenants, owners and maintenance.
