4rooms Property Management is the brain child of Paul Haigh. He has built the company from the ground up on a solid foundation of experience. After 17 years in a senior management role at a national retail travel agency, Paul decided to start his own business and follow his passion for Real Estate. Having owned property for over 25 years with his own house in Prospect, in 2010 Paul purchased his first investment property which he subsequently demolished, subdivided and built two brand new homes. Paul has gone on to acquire more property which he continues to let out to happy tenants.
Paul’s first taste of property management was when he decided to solely manage his own investment properties. He has first hand experience at knowing the pain and effort that sometimes goes into successfully maintaining a profitable rental property. In 2016 Paul took his passion for property and combined it with his management and customer service skills to turn it into a full-time career. After acquiring his Diploma in Property Services and becoming a Registered Land Agent, Paul is a fully certified and accredited Property Manager and a registered salesperson.
Having been a tenant as well as a landlord, Paul has used the full services of property managers in Adelaide in the past.
